Lemon cake

To celebrate a birthday or Mother's Day, I bring you this recipe that you will love!

Recipe For 3, 6 inch Cake pans Ingredients • 220 g Unsalted butter (1 cup)

• Zest of 1 lemon

• 350 g Sugar (1 ¾ cups)

• 110 g Oil (1/2 cup)

• 5 Eggs

• 24 g Baking powder (6 tsp)

• 500 g all-purpose flour (4 cups)

• 300 ml Milk

• 60 ml Lemon juice

Before starting the recipe, all ingredients should be at room temperature. Instructions

1. Add butter to a mixer bowl or large bowl. Also the zest and vanilla.

2. Beat for a few minutes.

3. Add the sugar and vanilla. Beat for 5 minutes.

4. Remember to scrape the edges as many times as necessary.

5. Add the eggs one by one, waiting for one to integrate before adding the next.

6. Add the baking powder to the flour and mix briefly.

7. Add flour with the milk and lemon juice in 3 parts. Add flour, milk, flour, lemon juice, and flour.

8. Pour mixture into 3 molds of 15 cm each.

9. Bake at 170°C for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
