Brownie Cheesecake

A quick and easy brownie and cheesecake recipe. Brownie with a fudge texture and a very creamy cheesecake.

Recipe for 8 inch square pan

Brownie ingredients

• 150 g Unsalted butter (2/3 cup)

• 200 g Dark chocolate (1 ¼ cups)

• 200 g Sugar (1 cup)

• 2 large Eggs

• Vanilla

• 4 g Baking powder (1 tsp)

• 125 g All-purpose flour (1 cup)

Cheesecake ingredients

• 220 g Cream cheese (1 cup)

• 50 g Sugar (1/4 cup)

• Vanilla

• 1 Egg


1. For the brownie: place the chocolate with the butter in a bowl and microwave at intervals of 20 seconds until melted.

2. Add the eggs and beat continuously until integrated.

3. Add vanilla and sugar and beat.

4. Mix the baking powder to the flour and add to the mixture, beat until very well integrated.

5. Pour the mixture into a 8 inch square pan prepared with baking paper. Leave a small part of the brownie mix in a bowl.

6. For the cheesecake part: add the cream cheese at room temperature in a bowl, beat for a moment just until smooth and without lumps.

7. Add sugar and vanilla and mix until integrated.

8. Add the egg and beat until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

9. Pour mixture over brownie mix.

10. Add the rest of the brownie mix on top, and with a wooden stick make swirl shapes.

11. Bake at 170°C for 40 minutes.

12. Wait for it to cool completely and refrigerate for a couple of hours or overnight. Cut into 9 equal parts.
